I'm assisting in organizing a sustainability fair on the Auraria campus. Would you be interested in being a demonstrating permaculture? Please call or email me. Virginia Till - vet1226@yahoo.com 720-833-1924
We're trying to get our vendors lined up this week if possible. The fair will be on November 12. And cost to vendors is free at this point. If that does change, the fee will be nominal ($25).
If you know of any other vendors that would be good to have, please let me know as well! Thanks!
Yeah been busy here & had so little time to come back to Denver programs. Am getting ready now to do some teaching of the PC course at Willow Way.
June 5th turns out to be one of those teaching days -
also I took both of Claire's med herb classes at Boulder Mennonite church & the intro at Community room at Boulder Meadows, & last year we did some med herb field work at Jennifer Murnan & Lois Hickman's farm so probably will do fine with all the info I already have from Claire.
Thanks for checking in, have been thinking about you. I may be able to come soon to the May 12 evening at the Mercury cafe -so may see you there.
Cheers/
Coco
Saw the event you posted about "Healthy Food for All" and thought you might want to know about the self-facilitated discussion course created by the Northwest Earth Institute. It's called "Menu for the Future" and is a great way for a group of folks to learn more about those issues and find creative solutions. Here's the link: http://nwei.org/discussion_courses/course-offerings/menu-for-the-future
If you find people who are interested in learning more or setting up a group they can look on the Rocky Mountain Earth Institute site at www.rm-ei.org.
The garden calendar is pretty much good to go, but I've got some questions about formatting. I emailed you at gmail to try to connect and resolve the questions, hopefully this will be done in the next couple of days! Thanks for contacting me about it.
