by Anthony Vail In the center of the garden are raised brick herd beds, they were onated by the Hyatt hotel accross the street. they also sponsored a menu in their restaurant from the hers and veggies in the garden, from which they gave back 20% of the sales to CFK.

by Anthony Vail we ended up with 12 beds, two were raised higher to accet tomatoes, here you can see the poles we used to trellis them. the toms struggled this year, due mostly to the wet weather and bad drainage on th property overall.

by Anthony Vail i work for Europa Escape as the Permaculture designer, and was fortunate to be the manager of Tiris. We started by tearing up the asphalt, and building raised beds. all the materials were donated from a number of our suppliers. and Europa Provided the labor for the construction.
