Learn the basics of making outdoor mushroom gardens. This class covers the basics for integrating different kinds of gourmet and medicinal fungi (including oyster, shiitake, reishi, morel, and maitake) into your existing vegetable gardens. We will cover soil health, mycelial networks, and companion plantings.
Mushroom kits for fruiting and Dr. Fungi Medicinals will be available for purchase.
