With Tracy Bellehumer and Brenda Gallagher of the Boulder Book Arts League, Kelsi Nagy of Windsor Dairy, Susanna Minichiello, therapeutic chef, Delicious Naturally, and Briana Anderson of Madhava Honey.

Create local and handmade gifts that your friends and family will deeply treasure. Learn how to make recycled paper and bind journals by hand, turn local milk into delicious cheese, bake bread from local flour, and roll candles from beeswax. These are skills that will continue to serve you year-round.
